Job summary

Legends Global in New Orleans seeks a Field Crew Supervisor to oversee day-to-day setup, teardown, and labor for multi-venue facilities. You will direct field crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with event staff during live events.

This on-site role requires heavy lifting, equipment handling, and timely execution of tasks under tight schedules. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in general labor or facility operations, previous supervision, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years general labor or facility operations experience.
• Prior supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions and coordinate event setups.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down venues, install and arrange furniture and fixtures.
• Repair or maintain equipment and machinery as needed.
• Oversee day-to-day work of Field Crewmen and ensure quality.
• Coordinate with Event Coordinator during pre-, during-, and post-event activity.
• Maintain inventory and organize warehouse space.

This role offers visibility with senior leadership and the opportunity to impact financial performance across some of the most iconic venues in sports and entertainmentEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssign duties connected with physical conversion/setup of the facility in accordance with lease requirementsGeneral physical labor performance, i.e., setting and picking up tables and chairs, carrying, lifting, and assembling furniture and fixtures, including staging, painting the field, installing basketball courts, etc.Repair/maintain equipment and machineryDetermines the most efficient and economical means of labor utilization to carry out assigned tasksWorks during events and responds as needed to both scheduled and unforeseen physical modifications required for said eventAssists in providing necessary physical support and back up in satisfying pre, during, and post-event requirementsMaintain organization of all warehouse and keep an updated, to date, count of all inventoryOversee operations of day to day work of Field Crewmen and ensure all work has been completed at a satisfactory levelOversee all conversions for all buildingsAll other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
