Eells Excavation is hiring field crew for commercial excavation and underground utility work. We’re a family-run company doing steady work on commercial and residential development projects (currently 50+ units under contract) — this is consistent, full-time work, not a short gig.

What you’ll do:

• Excavation, backfill, and grading on commercial job sites
• Install sewer and water services, electrical conduit
• Concrete prep work
• Operate equipment (training provided based on experience)
• Work as part of a crew alongside an experienced foreman
