Job summary

Mountain West Excavation, LLC is looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator based in Nampa, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in grading and operating heavy machinery, including loaders and excavators. The role requires the ability to manage equipment maintenance and reading grade stakes, as well as GPS familiarity. Qualifications

Heavy Equipment Operator

About this position

We are hiring an experienced heavy equipment operator to work on a grade crew. A good candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in grading with some experience in underground utilities preferred. You will be required to have experience operating:

• Loader
• Excavator

As an operator, you are responsible for fueling, greasing, keeping the cab clean and clear of debris, and reporting damage to the equipment to your foreman.

You should also be familiar with reading grade stakes as well as understanding grade and elevations, and have experience with GPS.

Pre-employment drug testing is required; we are a drug free company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
