Morgan Engineering is seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to assemble, install, and maintain industrial overhead cranes at customer sites across the U.S. You’ll join a field-based team that ensures performance and safety on every order.

Required: high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in crane service, knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems, ability to read blueprints, and travel 75–90%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in crane service, maintenance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use metrological instruments.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must travel 75–90% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, wires, and commissions Morgan industrial overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on overhead cranes.
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical and electrical systems, including AC and DC components.
• Works in field-based environments including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Safely operates at heights and around heavy equipment in varying weather conditions.
