Job summary

Morgan Engineering Systems Inc is seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to join our field service team. This role involves assembling, installing, and maintaining our overhead cranes at customer sites across the United States, with heavy travel required.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, read blueprints, and perform preventive maintenance. A valid driver’s license, 3–5 years crane service experience, and compliance with safety standards are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of crane service, maintenance or related field.
• Reading blueprints and using metrological instruments.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel 75–90% with overnight stays.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• 21 years or older and OSHA/crane safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, wire, and commission overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Work in field-based environments including industrial sites and manufacturing facilities.
• Safely operate at heights and with heavy equipment.
