Job summary

Morgan Engineering Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a full-time Crane Service Manager to lead field installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial overhead cranes for customers nationwide.

You will travel 75–90% of the time, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and ensure safety standards. A strong background in crane service and reading blueprints is required, with OSHA knowledge and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of crane service experience or related field.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and crane safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, wire, and commission overhead cranes at customer sites nationwide.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on cranes.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, including AC/DC components.
• Work in field environments at industrial sites and facilities.
• Travel 75–90% with overnight stays; ensure safety standards are met.
