Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• One year of full-time social services, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, general office, or FPS experience.
• Thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university can substitute for the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for clients to and from appointments as requested by caseworkers and/or Unit Supervisor.
• Observe and supervise parent and child visits.
• Complete forms and document client contact in agency systems (IMPACT and others).
• Maintain outgoing paper/electronic appointment calendars for scheduling requests by caseworkers/supervisor.
• Perform clerical duties (typing, filing, faxing, copying, phones) as needed.
• Promote respect for cultural diversity among coworkers and contacts.
• Attend work regularly in accordance with agency policy.
