Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United States seeks a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable, high‑quality in‑store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain brand standards, and ensure stores stay aligned with company expectations across the territory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
• Live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Valid driver’s license issued by the resident state.
• Willingness to travel across assigned markets.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., bend and push/pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence across the territory.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage and capture display photos, document execution.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain visibility of brand signage.
• Follow schedules set by District Manager or RTM for efficient territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Stay safe and compliant with all safety and vehicle policies.
