Mondelēz International in the United States is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to convert staffing gaps into reliable in-store execution. You will support Merchandisers and Order Writers, ensure brand standards, and maintain territory alignment across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, field collaboration, and hands-on promotion setup, with a focus on safety and operational excellence. A company vehicle with gas card is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license in your state.
• High school diploma or GED is required; college degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of retail or consumer goods experience is preferred.
• Must live inside the geographical boundaries of the team.
• Ability to travel across assigned markets and perform physical activities.
• Company vehicle with gas card and maintenance program is offered.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as a trusted field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos and systems.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance and visibility.
• Follow schedules set by DM or RTM for territory coverage.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel and leadership.
• Support capability development for new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
• Maintain safety and comply with all policies during driving and field work.
