Flex Technology Group is seeking an Experienced Service Technician to maintain and repair office equipment across a designated territory. The role emphasizes strong technical skills, time management, and delivering outstanding customer service in a field-based setting with daily travel to customer locations.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude is essential.
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with good time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime.
• Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities.
• Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience at all times.
