Job summary

FlexTG, a nationwide managed print provider, seeks an Experienced Service Technician to service copiers/printers in Nashville, Bowling Green, and other territory locations. You will repair, install, and maintain devices, while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel is daily to customer sites in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Proven experience repairing office equipment (copiers/printers).
• Basic networking knowledge (print drivers, connectivity troubleshooting).
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair copiers and printers with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Install and configure equipment, including scanning in peer-to-peer environments.
• Perform preventative maintenance to maximize device uptime.
• Manage parts inventory and supplies according to company standards.
• Maintain an organized service vehicle, tools, and schedule.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support sales teams by identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunities.
• Ensure a professional appearance and excellent customer experience at all times.
