High Performance Real Estate Advisors is seeking a Real Estate Runner to join our team in the Greater Charlotte Area. You will act as a jack-of-all-trades to support our Field Coordinator, helping with property tasks, errands, and general logistics for buyers, sellers and investors.

The role requires a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Open Houses and signage duties may be included, with compensation hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; willingness to work some Saturdays for Open Houses.
• Loves running errands and helping with properties (putting out/picking up signs and lockboxes).
• Reliable vehicle and car insurance; valid driver's license; good driving record with no more than three infractions in the last two years; willing to use personal vehicle.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter with an excellent work ethic.
• Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Huge plus if you live within 10 miles of Ballantyne.
• 30+ hours per week; $$ hourly (Depending on experience).

Responsibilities
