Job summary

High Performance Real Estate Advisors is seeking a Real Estate Runner to join our team in the Greater Charlotte Area. You will act as a jack-of-all-trades to support our Field Coordinator, helping with property tasks, errands, and general logistics for buyers, sellers and investors.

The role requires a flexible schedule, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Open Houses and signage duties may be included, with compensation hourly based on experience.

Qualifications

Flexible schedule; willingness to work some Saturdays for Open Houses.
Loves running errands and helping with properties (putting out/picking up signs and lockboxes).
Reliable vehicle and car insurance; valid driver's license; good driving record with no more than three infractions in the last two years; willing to use personal vehicle.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Self-starter with an excellent work ethic.
Must be able to regularly lift up to 30 pounds.
Huge plus if you live within 10 miles of Ballantyne.
30+ hours per week; $$ hourly (Depending on experience).

Responsibilities

Support the Field Coordinator with daily real estate tasks.
Put out and pick up signs and lockboxes at properties.
Run errands and assist with Open Houses as needed.
