Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group is seeking a Field Coordinator to support commercial construction projects across Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Based in Worcester, MA, this field-based role coordinates job-site activities, performs field measurements, inspects readiness, and ensures installation schedules align with project docs.

Travel throughout MA, CT, RI is required. The position offers a base salary up to 80k per year, a car allowance with mileage, full benefits, 401(k) with match,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in commercial construction.
• Experience reading construction documents and blueprints.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights; willingness to travel across MA, CT, RI.
• Experience with measuring devices and basic construction math.
• Familiarity with construction project management software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and monitor active commercial construction job sites for progress, readiness, installation needs, and quality control.
• Perform field measurements and data collection using appropriate devices.
• Read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, plans, and work orders to support field execution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and installation schedules with customers and internal teams.
• Attend job site meetings and align project requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage material receipt and coordination at job sites, including equipment needs and quality checks.
• Support installation activities and verify work per project docs.
• Travel across MA, CT, RI to active job sites, including overnights as needed.
