Job summary

deugro USA is seeking a Field Coordinator in The Woodlands, TX. You will oversee subcontractor sites, manage service provider performance to ISO standards, and coordinate logistics for complex projects across ports and yards.

The role requires travel 10-15% and collaboration with multiple internal teams to meet client expectations and operational targets. A college degree is preferred, with 1–2 years of related experience as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of deugro subcontractor sites.
• Manage subcontractors/service providers to ISO requirements with audits and documentation.
• Obtain information or quotes for services for project groups.
• Travel domestically as required.
• Support operations and project managers as needed.
• Monitor service standard compliance per contracts.
• Coordinate logistics at project sites and at ports/marshalling yards.
• Lead medium-term assignments at jobsites, ports and yards.
• Ensure targets and SOPs are met; prioritize freight movement.
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage change processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client/contractual needs.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight management of deugro sub contractor sites;
• Responsible for managing sub-contractors / service providers performance related to ISO requirements to include evaluations / site audit and documentation related to such;
• Obtains information or provide quotations and rates for services as required by deugro project groups;
• Travel as required domestically;
• Supports operations department and project managers as needed;
• Monitor compliance with service standard and requirements as per contracts;
• Responsible for logistics coordination at project site;
• Responsible for medium term project assignments at jobsites, ports and marshalling yards;
• Responsible for ensuring that all targets and objectives are met in line with project-specific SOP’s;
• Responsible for coordination and prioritize workflow for movement of freight;
• Establish and identify room for improvement within the area of responsibility and manage the change process;
• Work closely with other internal departments and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure client/ contractual needs and expectations are communicated to achieve positive results;
• Develop teamwork, demonstrating shared goals and values;
• Represent deugro USA both externally to clients and internally to the organization in a professional manner
