Responsibilities
- Customer Implementations: Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new customers based on customer requirements and technical feasibility. This includes developing and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operations for customer implementations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure involvement of all relevant stakeholders, including sales representatives, operations teams, and business process optimization (BPO) team, during customer transitions/implementations.
- Project Management: Managing delivery and associated project management, ensuring that projects are completed on time.
- Process Management: Develop and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) for customer implementations, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Reporting and Analysis: Utilizing tools such as Power BI dashboards to monitor data quality, generate reports, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the implementation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Customer Service Management: Responsibility for addressing customer concerns, and addressing customer feedback and concerns to operational teams and technical team.
- Training and Support: Providing training and support to customers and internal teams to ensure a thorough understanding of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding or a comparable qualification.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in international forwarding.
- Ideally, experience in business implementations and working with CargoWise One.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong communication skills, adaptability to change, and a high level of integrity.
