Job summary

deugro USA is seeking a Field Coordinator in The Woodlands, TX. You will oversee subcontractor sites, manage service provider performance to ISO standards, and coordinate logistics for complex projects across ports and yards.

The role requires travel 10-15% and collaboration with multiple internal teams to meet client expectations and operational targets. A college degree is preferred, with 1–2 years of related experience as an alternative.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of deugro subcontractor sites.
• Manage subcontractors/service providers to ISO requirements with audits and documentation.
• Obtain information or quotes for services for project groups.
• Travel domestically as required.
• Support operations and project managers as needed.
• Monitor service standard compliance per contracts.
• Coordinate logistics at project sites and at ports/marshalling yards.
• Lead medium-term assignments at jobsites, ports and yards.
• Ensure targets and SOPs are met; prioritize freight movement.
• Identify improvement opportunities and manage change processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet client/contractual needs.
