OBR Cooling Towers is seeking a Cooling Tower Cleaning Technician to perform thorough power washing and cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks, ensuring safe, efficient operation in line with industry standards. The role requires travel to customer sites across the Northeast, including D.C., Virginia, and Maryland.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with power washing or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of cooling towers and water storage tanks using power washing equipment and approved methods.
• Operate power washers safely with appropriate spray heads and pressures.
• Assist with pre- and post-cleaning activities including system preparation and cleanup.
• Follow supervisor instructions to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Complete safety documentation such as Job Hazard Analyses and daily paperwork.
• Adhere to company safety policies including PPE and chemical handling procedures.
