Genuine Parts Company is hiring MI Conveyance Solutions Field Service Technicians to provide top-tier mechanical service at customer sites. You will install, repair and service conveyor belts and related equipment, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with safety standards.

Duties include on-site belt installation, splicing, preventative maintenance, rigging, millwright tasks, and customer communications.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a technical degree and 0–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and splice belts on site and perform preventative maintenance.
• Fabricate belts in the shop and conduct rigging for lifting.
• Execute millwright tasks and install conveyor components.
• Provide technical support to customers and document findings.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
