Job summary

Brice Equipment, LLC is seeking an Industrial Program General Foreman to lead field crews in conveyor belt installations, splicing, rubber repair, and related maintenance for mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial clients.

You will supervise daily operations, mentor tradespeople, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with the Industrial Program Superintendent to meet schedules and client expectations. Occasional travel and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years industrial maintenance with conveyor systems, rubber repair or process maintenance.
• 2+ years supervisory/lead experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews performing conveyor belt installation, splicing, rubber lining and repair services.
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, safety requirements, and client specifications.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to crew members.
• Support scheduling, resources, and deadlines with the Superintendent.
• Maintain tools, equipment and materials to minimize downtime.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental policies and standards.
• Mentor and train team members in safe work practices and procedures.
• Troubleshoot conveyor belt systems and related maintenance issues.
• Report daily progress and site conditions to the Superintendent.
• Promote teamwork and a strong safety culture on all sites.
• Travel up to 60% of the time; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
