Job summary

Calista Brice LLC is seeking an Industrial Program General Foreman to lead field crews on conveyor belt installations, rubber repair, and related maintenance for mining, oil & gas, and heavy industrial clients.

You will supervise crews, ensure safety and quality, assign daily tasks, and coordinate scheduling while reporting to the Industrial Program Superintendent. A strong background in conveyors and maintenance is required.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Five plus years in industrial maintenance focused on conveyors, rubber repair, or process maintenance.
Two years supervisory/lead hand experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial environments.
Valid state driver’s license and ability to pass screenings.

Responsibilities

Supervise crews performing conveyor belt installation, splicing, rubber lining and repair.
Ensure work follows project plans, safety requirements, and client specs.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance.
Support scheduling, resource management, and meeting deadlines.
Maintain tools and equipment, minimize downtime.
Enforce health, safety and environmental policies.
Mentor team members in safe work practices and procedures.
Report daily progress and site conditions to the Industrial Program Superintendent.
Foster teamwork and a safety-focused culture on all sites.
