Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and verify measurements.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in physically demanding environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, splice, repair, and fabricate conveyor belting products and components.
• Perform on-site service work with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Conduct pre-installation planning and post-installation follow-up with customers.
• Manage installation schedules, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and service documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support customer needs.
