What You’ll Do

As a Fabricator / Installer, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional conveyor belt installation, fabrication, maintenance, and repair services at customer sites. This position offers variety, travel opportunities, and the chance to work with a skilled team of industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, splice, repair, and fabricate conveyor belting products and components.
• Perform on-site service work while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
• Conduct pre-installation planning and post-installation follow-up with customers.
• Manage installation schedules, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and service documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
• Participate in safety, technical, and professional development training.
• Travel within and outside the state as needed, including overnight travel.

Work Environment
