Alliance Group, Inc. is seeking a full-time Controls Technician in North Clarendon, VT. The role focuses on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation systems, with a strong emphasis on HVAC knowledge and customer relations.

The position involves on-site work, requires 2+ years in building automation, and offers a competitive hourly rate with negotiable compensation. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided, with safety and background checks required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of building automation experience required.
• 2+ years of HVAC or electrical experience preferred.
• Background in Johnson Controls (JCI), Honeywell, or Schneider Controls preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and reliability are essential.
• Must be able to pass background checks and maintain company vehicle.

Mansioni

• Safely perform scheduled preventive maintenance with senior technician.
• Assist in commissioning and startup to ensure proper operation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, hardware, and software.
• Diagnose communication problems and tune system databases.
• Install, replace, and recommission control systems devices and software.
• Provide on-site training to customers and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and company vehicle.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and document installed equipment.
