Job summary
Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled Commercial Controls Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of building control systems on-site in North America. You will work with a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and mentor junior staff while documenting work thoroughly.

Qualifications
- Six years of commercial controls troubleshooting experience in HVAC.
- Vocational school program graduate or associate's degree in a technical field, or two years’ experience in servicing electronic and or mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to install and/or service electronic control systems and HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation and commissioning of building control systems.
- Mentor technicians on building automation activities and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide on-site customer interface and deliver solutions and outcomes during service.
- Complete project and service documentation accurately and timely.
- Propose retrofits, upgrades and enhancements to existing equipment.
