Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing agriculturally based and/or engineering-based Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum of 45 credit hours completed.
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills; collaboration with international and domestic employees.
• Willingness to travel and be active in fieldwork and laboratory environments.
• Ability to learn quickly, be proactive, and maintain safety protocols.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform greenhouse and growth chamber tasks under supervision following SOPs, including planting, pollination, harvesting, irrigation, and related activities.
• Conduct basic laboratory work with balances, microscopes, moisture analysis, and similar equipment.
• Assist in field projects by prepping experiments, collecting data, and supporting Scientists and Engineers on-site.
• Enter data using Microsoft Office tools and coordinate with team to ensure accurate records.
