Job summary

Bayer CropScience Limited invites motivated students for a 12-week Row Crop Production Intern program at North America Seed Production sites. You’ll work with site leadership, technicians, growers, and vendors to learn seed production basics, drive safety, and contribute to process improvements.

Expect mentorship, an orientation, and a mid‑May to mid‑August schedule with opportunities to support regional projects and gain hands-on experience across the seed production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program.
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team-based environment.
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in seed production processes and participate in site operations.
• Support receiving and counting product returns, including bagging and re-bagging.
• Assist with reworking product and quality sampling/testing.
• Participate in field inspections and support pollination, detasseling, and flaming.
• Contribute to data collection and analysis for data-driven decisions.
• Support OnePSS activities in seed production environment.
• Plan and complete a site-directed project impacting safety and quality.
