Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Manager, Contract Support to lead contractor fulfillment and protect network performance from the tap to the home. You will direct installations, service and maintenance while ensuring compliance with Spectrum specifications and requirements.

You will oversee contractor and staff performance to preserve system integrity and deliver a reliable customer experience across your area. This role requires leadership, budgeting insight, and hands-on technical oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, related field or equivalent.
• Industry and vendor specific certifications and training (NCTI SCTE).
• 5+ years of Field Technician installation/service work in residential, commercial and multiple dwelling units.
• Experience in complex structure cabling with Cat5/Cat6.
• Experience in programming and installing routers, switches and wireless access points.
• Vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor management and performance within the Management Area and report to leadership.
• Provide oversight of technical operations to maintain network integrity and quality of service.
• Plan and deploy contractor resources to meet business needs and manage budgets.
• Provide technical support and direction regarding standards and compliance.
• Assist in budgeting and capital project planning and procurement.
• Manage staff performance and foster positive employee relations.
