• Ability to complete material take-off from contract documents or in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crew, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure quality construction.
• Monitor and enforce safety policies and assist in development of safety plan.
• Track and submit hourly labor time in CMiC/Workday.
