Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations for remediation, repair, and maintenance of utility structures such as lattice towers. You will lead crews, enforce safety standards, and ensure adherence to engineering specs and project schedules.

The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with inspectors and engineers, and frequent travel to remote sites. Strong knowledge of concrete and steel repair, with OSHA-30 certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in structural remediation, utility construction, or tower repair.
• 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and repair specifications.

Responsibilities

• Field Supervision & Leadership of crews performing remediation and repair on utility structures.
• Coordinate daily activities to align with project schedules and scope.
• Conduct JHAs and safety meetings in utility and structural environments.
• Review engineering drawings and repair details prior to mobilization.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and utility clients to ensure scope compliance.
• Maintain daily reports and production logs for safety and quality.
