Job summary

HKA Enterprises is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations in remediation, structural repair, and maintenance of utility infrastructure. You will oversee crews, ensure safety, and maintain engineering compliance on lattice towers and related sites.

This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in structural remediation with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of concrete and steel repairs, and ability to travel up to 95%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structural remediation or tower repair.
• 2+ years of supervisory or foreman experience.
• Ability to read and interpret repair drawings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 95%.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field crew activities and align with project schedules.
• Lead structural remediation, foundation restoration, and concrete repair tasks.
• Conduct THAs and safety meetings to enforce policy.
• Oversee lattice tower repairs, steel components, and anchoring work.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and utility clients.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and safety documentation.
