Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment seeks an experienced Field Superintendent to coordinate day to day on-site construction activities, manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and uphold project quality and schedule.

The role collaborates with the Senior Construction Superintendent and project team to inspect work, maintain Procore documentation, host meetings, and drive timely completion of milestones.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coordinating field activities on complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and site safety practices.
• Experience with construction documentation and project controls (e.g., daily logs, RFIs, JHAs).
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, and technical docs.
• Excellent communication with contractors, consultants, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and daily site activities.
• Lead daily POD meetings with contractors to review plans and safety requirements.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies on site.
• Record weekly toolbox talks and JHAs.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore (logs, photos, RFIs, punch lists).
• Perform daily inspections to ensure drawings and specs are followed.
• Conduct milestone inspections and mock-up inspections.
• Host weekly progress meetings and distribute minutes.
• Monitor progress, labor, and quantities; identify risks and escalate.
