Job summary

Chevron is seeking a Construction Representative to provide day-to-day field oversight of safety, quality, and productivity during project execution at our Pasadena refinery site. You will act as a job owner (individual contributor) while integrating with the broader Construction Services team to balance site priorities with refinery-wide needs.

• TWIC credential or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct activities of assigned area in line with refinery plans.
• Collaborate with Maintenance & Reliability to prioritize and execute scope.
• Coordinate with Planning and Scheduling on cost/schedule estimate assurance.
• Mentor, coach, and support work group development.
• Oversee contractor scope and ensure permits and documentation are in place.
• Utilize Maximo to manage work orders, updates, and close out.
• Explain and enforce safety and company policies to personnel.
