Chevron Corporation in Pasadena, Texas is seeking an experienced Construction/Planner role focused on supervising maintenance activities, coordinating scope with planners and engineers, and ensuring safe, efficient execution of contractor work.

The candidate will mentor teams, manage work orders in Maximo, and collaborate across the Maintenance & Reliability organization to improve plans and cost efficiency. A TWIC or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven leadership with increasing responsibilities leading field work.
• TWIC credential or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct activities of assigned area, facilities, and/or related equipment in accordance with Refining operating plans.
• Recommend improvements of maintenance practices, use of materials, and inspection techniques.
• Collaborate across Maintenance & Reliability to identify, prioritize, plan, and execute scope.
• Work with Planning and Scheduling Team Lead on cost & schedule estimate assurance.
• Mentor, coach, and support work group with a focus on development.
• Ensure materials and items are present at job locations and oversee contractor work.
• Review refinery rules and regulations with contractors and direct employees and integrate into safety system.
• Utilize Maximo to manage work order development, updates, and close out.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
