Chevron Corporation is seeking a Construction Representative to provide day-to-day field oversight of safety, quality, and productivity during project execution. The role operates as a job owner while supporting the Construction Services model to balance refinery-wide priorities.

Responsibilities include supervising activities, coordinating with planning teams, ensuring materials and permits are in place, and guiding contractor work to meet standards.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to supervise field activities and direct crews safely.
• Experience as Planner or Company Representative with increasing responsibility.
• Must have or be able to obtain a TWIC within 6 months.

Aufgaben

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct the activities of assigned area, facilities, and/or related equipment in accordance with Refining operating plans and instructions.
• Collaborate with Maintenance & Reliability to identify, prioritize, plan, and execute scope per plans.
• Work with Planning and Scheduling Team Lead on cost and schedule estimate assurance.
• Mentor, coach, and support work group with focus on development.
• Lead or participate in incident investigations and ensure safety programs are followed.
