Chevron Corporation is seeking a Construction Company Representative in Richmond, CA to provide field leadership and coordination for safe, efficient construction work. You will interface with contractors and Chevron stakeholders, verify readiness, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with safety, quality, schedule and cost goals.

The role requires deep industrial construction experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex field execution with multiple stakeholders

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in industrial construction, maintenance, turnaround or related field.
• Knowledge of construction execution, work planning, constructability reviews, contractor coordination, safe practices.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day field leadership and oversight of construction activities across projects.
• Serve as the primary company representative for contractors during field execution.
• Verify work readiness, permits, isolation plans, workforce readiness and equipment readiness before execution.
• Coordinate activities between contractors and Operations, Engineering, Inspection, Planning, Scheduling, and Project Controls.
• Monitor contractor safety and ensure compliance with policies and safe work practices.
• Support quality assurance by verifying compliance with work packages and inspection requirements.
• Review RFIs, changes, field issues, and change management.
• Monitor progress, schedule performance, manpower utilization, productivity, and costs.
• Validate manpower, timesheets, and execution progress.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation or recovery plans.
