  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation requirements.

  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, trucking, crane services, and subcontractor activities.
  • Monitor costs, timelines, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
  • Represent the company at assigned job sites.

Salary: $125,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

Lead complex industrial installation projects and make a direct impact as a Field Service Construction Manager. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction leader with proven project management skills, field operations expertise, and hands‑on experience overseeing industrial equipment installations from planning through completion.

We are seeking a Field Service Construction Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of industrial equipment installation projects, including enclosures, relay panels, and switchgear systems. This role manages field crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, logistics, quality standards, and jobsite safety while ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end construction and installation projects from planning through completion.
  • Lead and support field installation teams, supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Coordinate jobsite activities, schedules, budgets, logistics, deliveries, and project timelines.
  • Conduct site surveys, inspections, and progress reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Interpret blueprints, project specifications, work orders, and installation requirements.
  • Partner with project managers, engineers, contractors, and customers to resolve issues and maintain project goals.
  • Oversee safety compliance, including OSHA standards and jobsite procedures.
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries, trucking, crane services, and subcontractor activities.
  • Monitor installation quality, project costs, timelines, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
  • Serve as the primary company representative at assigned job sites.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of construction management, field service, or industrial installation experience.
  • Experience managing multiple field installation crews is required.
  • Strong project management, scheduling, and logistics experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and construction best practices.
  • Hands‑on mechanical aptitude and industrial equipment experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%.
