Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement the field safety program for routine construction projects.
Conduct regular walk-through inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
Conduct safety audits on assigned projects; document findings and recommend abatement of hazards.
Perform project-specific new hire orientation and oversee drug and alcohol policy compliance.
Monitor and support prime contractor/subcontractor safety programs and activities.
Attend project planning and progress meetings to discuss safety-related matters.
