Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Safety Professional to develop and manage health and safety programs across vertical industrial construction projects. The role requires knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management, accident investigations, and training across multiple disciplines and sites.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety training, validating startup procedures, and leading safety efforts during commissioning, with travel to job sites in North America as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, health and safety, risk mgmt, or construction.
• 2–5 years of safety oversight on construction projects.
• 2–5 years developing and coordinating health and safety training for construction sites.
• 2–5 years performing site safety inspections and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health and safety program for all Dennis Group projects.
• Coordinate safety training and activities across multiple projects.
• Ensure startup documentation and system handovers meet safety standards.
• Lead safety during startup and commissioning across sites.
• Prepare safety observations and subcontractor safety pre-qualifications.
