Hoar Construction is seeking a Safety Engineer to oversee project-wide safety and health administration. The role involves site audits, incident investigations, training, WC claim handling, and first aid administration. Travel up to 40% may be required, with interaction across all project personnel.

You will promote compliance with the Health and Safety Program and help implement safety initiatives to meet company standards and project goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety or related field required.
• 0–3 years of field experience in construction safety or related safety discipline.
• Current OSHA 500 or 502 within four years; CPR/AED training within two years.

Responsabilidades

• Administers GC and Owner safety program requirements.
• Performs site safety inspections and hazard recognition.
• Leads accident investigations and reports WC claims.
• Trains personnel and develops onsite safety programs.
• Maintains Hazard Analysis Documentation and safety submittals.
• Supports pre-construction risk analysis and safety meetings.
• Ensures compliance with Health and Safety Program (HSP).
