Job summary

Enterprise Electrical co seeks a Safety Coordinator to support safety programs and compliance across construction projects and field operations. You will work with field leadership, project teams, and safety staff to promote safe practices and regulatory adherence.

The role involves inspections, training coordination, incident reporting, and maintaining safety records, requiring OSHA knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in office and active construction

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of safety programs across operations and projects.
• Conduct routine field inspections, safety observations, audits, and jobsite reviews.
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions, and records.
• Coordinate safety orientations, toolbox talks, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor OSHA compliance, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with field leadership and subcontractors to promote safety engagement.
• Maintain safety reports, logs, certifications, and training records.
• Support audits, inspections, and emergency response activities.
