Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager on NAVFAC or USACE projects.
• 10+ years of trade foreman experience on commercial or military projects.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contractor compliance with approved Quality Control Plans.
• Conduct site inspections and witness system tests.
• Manage field documentation including daily reports and quality records.
