Job summary

Northern Clearing Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee field operations and coordinate with the Project Superintendent on all tasks required for successful project completion.

The role includes setting up and maintaining a field construction office, tracking change orders, hours, inventory, reports, and logs. Travel is required with a broad US scope; projects typically involve six‑day weeks; strong communication and leadership skills are essential to meet client expectations and company

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Office Management.
• Experience in Microsoft Projects or Primavera preferred.
• Professional Degree or Diploma.
• Proven interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Well versed and comfortable on a computer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Project Superintendent on tasks necessary for successful project completion.
• Setup and maintain a field construction office.
• Change order tracking and contract administration.
• Submit and track project hours, timekeeping records, jobsite inventory, progress reports, logs.
• Equipment, Fuel and Materials Tracking.
• 811 / Once Call Ticket Management.
• Code and collect receipts from crew members.
• Ensure compliance with all company and client expectations.
