NY STATE ELECTRIC & GAS CORP is seeking a Coordinator - Field Construction to manage the full scope of programs and projects in the Gas Projects department. You will ensure timely completion within budget and provide leadership, planning, and status reporting for projects, while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role reports to the Gas Construction Supervisor and is based in the Rochester, NY area.

Qualifikationen

• Education & Experience requirements: High School Diploma/GED with 3 years experience; Associate's Degree with 5 years experience.
• 2–5 years of field operations capital project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of design, construction, and maintenance standards and practices.

• Provides technical leadership on projects and programs and coordinates project teams.
• Monitors progress to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Liaises between cross-functional teams and holds regular status meetings.
• Leads team members to accomplish day-to-day goals and secures necessary resources.
• Administers bid contracts and assists in validating change orders.
