Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background investigation completed.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to obtain company auto insurance.
• Current on all safety training required by the company.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manage confidential information.
• Knowledge of project management and estimating software.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Estimators in problem solving.
• Prepare estimates by reviewing drawings, historical data, and bid data.
• Coordinate resources, schedule materials, and manage subcontractors.
• Develop diaries, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and purchase orders.
