Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in underground infrastructure, trenchless rehab, or municipal/industrial projects.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, safety focus, and budgeting skills.
• Willing to travel up to 70% and oversee field operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between management, operations, and field crews.
• Plan and coordinate all construction project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with contractor timelines.
• Oversee cost tracking, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage labor planning, resource forecasting, and procurement.
