Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a full-time on-site worker to operate and maintain equipment used in sewer maintenance and rehabilitation projects. You will support inspection and rehabilitation tasks while following supervision and safety protocols.

The role requires physical stamina for long shifts, ability to work in varying weather, and compliance with PPE requirements. Competitive benefits and a starting wage based on qualifications accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for 8+ hours a day.
• Ability to enter confined spaces.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in various weather conditions.
• Able to wear required PPE (hard hats, vest, boots, safety glasses/goggles).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment used for sewer maintenance, inspection, and rehabilitation tasks.
• Support execution of pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation activities.
• Make routine decisions and take direction from supervision.
• Work in the elements – extreme cold and heat for long durations.
• Lift, push/pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.
