Job summary

Corrpro Companies is seeking a Field Construction Operator to join the crew in Texas. You will operate heavy equipment and install cathodic protection systems, coordinating with the Foreman or Project Manager to understand job requirements and ensure materials and equipment are ready before starting work.

The role requires valid driver license, ability to obtain TWIC and DOT Medical Card, and travel up to 80% overnight.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license.
• Must have or be eligible to obtain a TWIC card and DOT Medical Card.
• 3 years of construction labor and equipment operating experience.
• Experience in cathodic protection installations helpful.
• Be able to effectively communicate with both customers and fellow employees.
• Adjust to work-related demands without becoming frustrated.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness and dependability to produce results.
• Must be able to travel overnight 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and install cathodic protection systems.
• Review field file with Foreman or Project Manager to understand job requirements for materials and installation.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready before starting work.
• Notify Foreman of unanticipated field changes and suggest solutions.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment safely at all times.
• Participate in daily toolbox safety meetings and document equipment safety inspection audits.
