You will lead a field crew, manage daily operations, and coordinate with project managers while traveling as needed. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedules; conducting site safety meetings; performing field testing

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of experience in cathodic protection construction or installation
• 1+ years of experience leading cathodic protection construction crews
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass a DOT drug test and physical
• 5+ years of experience leading cathodic protection construction crews
• Experience with cathodic protection installation for above ground storage tanks
• AMPP CP1 Certification
• TWIC Card

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate field crew activities for CP system installations on pipelines, tanks, and structures
• Ensure safety procedures, quality standards, and project timelines are followed
• Assign daily tasks and provide on-site training or mentoring
• Conduct site safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment
• Oversee installation of CP systems including anodes, rectifiers, wiring, test stations, and grounding
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution
• Communicate project progress, issues, and crew performance to the Project Manager or Superintendent
• Maintain accurate daily field reports, time sheets, and equipment logs
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with NACE (AMPP), OSHA, and company standards
• Identify and resolve quality or technical issues on-site
• Ensure all documentation (as-builts, test data, etc.) is completed accurately and submitted on time
