Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and be deemed insurable by the firm insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Concrete/Grout/Mortar inspection and testing.
• Monitoring for proper placement techniques.
• Testing for slump, air content, unit weight, temperature.
• Molding of compressive strength specimens.
• Core drilling.
• Establishing test locations.
• Checking load temperature.
• Verifying property laydown and rolling practices.
• Core drilling for density/thickness specimen.
• Soil/Aggregate testing.
• Testing density/compaction.
• Observing proofrolling.
• Verifying proper moisture content.
• Checking bearing capacity for foundation support.
• Excavation quantification.
